"My daughters treatment"

My daughter was sent from our local hospital to Koala Ward after no knowing what was wrong with her. It did take about 2 weeks for a bed to become available as she wasn't critically ill but did need an urgent bed. We did find this wait a little frustration and upsetting but once in Great Ormond St I have absolutely nothing but praise for the amazing drs nurses and other people that work there. My daughter has had 2 long stays and an operation and her treatment is still ongoing.

She has been treated and spoken to clearly in a way that she totally understands what is going to happen.

I am so grateful that she is being treated there and couldn't ask for better.
