I was a patient on ward D58 at the Queen's Medical Centre for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. During the course of my stay, the standard of care was, at best, only average.
On ward D58, the night staff should have some consideration for patients, as they are denied a proper night's sleep by loud talking and laughter from the nurses.
