From start to finish I found the service almost perfect. Speaking to my GP then making the appointment was easy and fast. I did end up getting my second choice of hospital but saying that they were great.

When making the appointment I didn't get confirmation (letter) on date and time and wasn't sure where to go.

Saying all that I can tell you how perfect you all treated me from reception to doctors, x-ray team and how much information I received. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of using the TRAC service and I am pleased to hear it was such a positive one. We aim to provide a easily accessible service where patients can talk about their choices and make the one that is right for them.

A confirmation letter detailing your appointment date and any specific details relating to the location should be sent to you from your chosen hospital or clinic. I am sorry you did not receive this information and would be happy to feed this back to the appropriate team to ensure other patients are not affected. It would also be a good opportunity to share your kind comments with the department you were seen in too.
