"referral and care well managed and efficient"

(as the patient),

GP was very good (Mr McCraine), Ivy Bridge Health Centre – caring attentive and professional. Overall my “health care experience” was well managed and efficient – Particularly my GP and Tamar Referral and Appointment. The only gripe I have is in relation to the health check with the Nurses at Ivy Bridge Health Centre. Not the nurses themselves, but with the fact that I could not have the blood test and ECS at the same time/date even though it was with the nurse at the same place. They only do blood tests in the morning and ECS in the evening. Not sure why they cannot do them at the same time. It is a bit of a problem having to make a separate appointment for people working full time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us about your experience of using the TRAC service. I am pleased to read that it was such a positive one. Our service is designed to provide patients with a choice of location, date and time for their first outpatient appointment, I am glad you felt this was a well managed and efficient service for you.

I am unable to answer your queries relating to your GP practice but have shared your comments with the practice and will be able to add to this response in the near future with some more information.
