"I was listened to and made to feel better "

(as the patient),

My recent visit was really really good, I was listened to and made to feel better.

I was treated normally and not looks down upon because of my problems.

I have been told where and what sort of information I needed in case I was really down.

Overall I was very happy and will be in the future as I still use the same doctor as I did when I was a child.
