Have been attending this surgery for many years, thankfully not too often.
More recently, I had plucked up courage to call at the last minute for an emergency appointment, the receptionist initially said there were none left, but I think could hear from my voice that I was really desperate and kindly fitted me in at the end of a surgery after checking with my GP.
He has made time for me over the last few weeks, and reassured and supported me. My own GP Dr Cross has always been amazing and supportive, but I am never worried about seeing any of the other GPs because they all take the time to listen.
The receptionists are always polite and helpful either on the phone or at Reception itself - and have been simply delightful and gentle with me over the last few weeks when I have called or spoken to them at Reception.
The Practice Manager has also been extremely helpful over recent weeks with some professional administrative advice and guidance. They all seem to be one amazing team.
