"Friendly nursing staff at City hospital E.A.U"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Neurology

(as the patient),

Last month, I was a patient in the Emergency Admissions Unit of the Nottingham City hospital after suffering from a loss of memory. I was pleased with the standard of care I was given from the friendly nursing staff, but I don't particularly like being referred to as 'sweetheart' or 'darling' or any other term of endearment.

Also, no information was given on how to use the patient controls (i.e. bed adjustments, how to call for assistance).
