My mum admitted to A & E on 24th January complaining of diarrhea .

Had 2 X rays seperately, one on chest other on abdomen?

Admitted to Ward 2 because of dehydration and acute kidney injury.

First two days no food or drink offered, requested drip as not offered originally.

Fell out of bed

Drip broke saturated in water.

Left for ages in diarrhea before attending my mum.

Deteriorated becuase lack of communication and care?

Different docs, different nurses not knowing what each other had said?

No diagnosis of diarrhea, Mum had one kidney told was better and wanted to send home.

Died today of a cardiac arrest???????????????????????????

Really dissapointed in QE

Also many nurses had no bedside manners!
