I am so impressed with Out Patients, the Path Lab and the Treatment Centre. I have had an overnight stay in the Treatment Centre twice in the past year, for different reasons. Everybody is caring, committed and skilled. I have the utmost respect for them. I am so grateful.

This month is the first time I have been conscious during an operation. I admire the close and skilled working together of so many specialists doing complex tasks. Superb team work and professionalism.

I must say that my experience at Winchester makes it hard to believe the rubbish one reads in the newspapers and the unjustified and unbalanced attacks from politicians. I wish they recognised excellence as at Winchester, rather than the minority.
