Dear Sirs,

over the past year both of my parents have had care in St. Peter's hospital, and as a result I have had to go there many times. If I take out of the equation the overly expensive car park,

the care, kindness and professionalism of the St. Peter's people from the ambulance staff, reception, doctors and nurses have been consistently excellent in their approach to patients and relatives.

So it is with grateful thanks I make this comment.

Dear Clive, thank you for your lovely comments about our staff, which we will pass onto the teams you mention. As you say, it is not just about one individual and our doctors and nurses work alongside some excellent support staff. It is always nice when their efforts are recognised. Thank you again.
