Rang N H S direced for advice told i would have to wait 4 hours Tryed to ring chemists to get advice all closed at 8 00pm then i rang cannock hospital A&E and spoke to a nurse she was so helpful and very nice on the phone told me what i could do and if that did not help she would be there until 12 00 wish we had a lot more staff around like her please pass this message on to her
