My doctor referred me to this hospital for a hearing test.

I was given an earlier than expected initial appointment.

I was delighted with the consultation, the professionalism was all that I could have wished for from a caring audiologist.

I was left to make my own choice as to how I wished to proceed being given encouragement to give hearing aids a try.

Frankly it was the best advice I could have received.

I have settled into wearing them as recommended.

They have opened up a new world.

If anyone new to hearing aids is in doubt, my advice is persevere with them...I found it easy.

My follow-up appointment cleared up things I wanted clarified.

I know I can call on the service again at any time I need to and get attention at short notice.

Great service here and the cafe looks good too.
