My husband waited over 2 hours for an appointment at North Curry Health Centre. There were no apologies from the receptionist or updates to the waiting room. Just given these ['Tell Us Your Story'] leaflet and told to write/ring in if any complaints.
Only excuse offered by Doctor is that Registrar was away and so delays unavoidable. Disgusted by this approach and wants to know what they are going to do about it.
"2hr wait in GP surgery, with no explanation or apology"
