The length of time it took that the staff member to inform my mother that her nurse was not on sight and would not be back until 1pm was unacceptable.

We are sorry to hear that nursing staff were slow to confirm that a specific nurse was unavailable because they were not on site. If you would like us to pass on your comments about your experience to the appropriate nurse manager we would of course be very happy to do so.
