A relative was recently admitted as an emergency in a very serious condition, all the staff from A&E resus to HDU and the ward were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for us or our relative we were kept informed at all times in a friendly professional manner. A very long stay in hospital and a huge amount of worry for all of us were made bearable by the professional but caring staff.
