The outpatients appointments in the Orthopeadic dept. is a disgrace ! Long waiting times after the initial referral. Up to two hours delay on appoints, and due to the delays staff rush you through. and consultations are hurried and impersonal. the impression given is to get you out as soon as possible.

The Trust was very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to offer you our sincere apologies for the length of time you waited and for what seemed to you as a rushed appointment. We aim to treat all our patients with the minimum of delay and give them the appropriate amount of time during their consultation.
