generally the service is fantastic but problems occur when people have to wait for their appointments, as a reccomendation from sitting in the waiting room listening to people complaining about waiting so long, it would be more beneficial to the staff and the patients if someone could explain why we are delayed. patients do not need to know the specifics but do want to be informed if there is a delay and an idea of what it might be, this would help the patients not being so frustrated, which in turn may make them more amenable to staff
