"Inefficient out patient care"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Staff in Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea seem to think Accident and Emergency is a working directive.

Bad care experienced as an outpatient. Witnessed an ongoing problem with them running out of things, be it medical supplies or human resources supplies such as doctors, some appointments don't even happen. Unhelpful and poorly organised.

NHS Choices totalitarian dictatorship site hypocritically either doesn't accept feedback they consider too negative or they rewrite it toned down, so I've taken mine here.
