Anything else?
never given the information that you ask for and also when you ask for waiting time for day surgery or to see a consultant, you are told the standard 6-8 weeks but its always longer

I am sorry that you found it difficlut to get information about your day surgery. It is not always possible to give a definitive date but staff do their best to keep any 'waiting' time as short as possible.
