I find this hospital BRI absolutely outrageous.

Having had treatment a few weeks since, in day surgery, i encountered an endless parade of wrong information from one nears to the next. Although well meaning, endlessly making errors on what sort of antithetic i was booked to have, was bad enough. However, the most unforgivable experience came when i proceeded into the operation room ( the theatre ) for my planned procedure and saw blood stains on the surgeons gown from previous operations during the day. Sorry, but this is indefensible. I have had few if any good experiences at the BRI. I can not find words to fully express my shock at times when visiting this hospital, something really needs to be done. We the public are precious human beings, and we should never encounter such poor standards.

I never feel assured or confident when receiving treatment, and will do my best to get treatment elsewhere.
