(as the patient),

(ear syringing referral) Service by admin staff at Wrekin Community Clinic, euston way was very good and medical staff excellent. A choice of hospitals would have been appreciated and surprised one was not given.

Parking a problem at Euston Way. A much better environment for patients at Euston Way than either Princess Royal or Shrewsbury hospitals.

Thank you for taking the to provide feedback to the TRAQS team about your referral and treatment.

As your referral was related to Ear, Nose and Throat the service provided by the Advanced Primary Care Team at Euston House has a much shorter waiting time that either PRH or RSH. If a patient is suitable to be treated by the APCS team to avoid delay they are directed to the most appropriate service.

Thank you for your positive feedback relating to the enviroment at Euston House.

I am sorry that you experienced parking problems at Euston Way. Unfortunately the building is used by more than one service which can lead to restricted parking, although there is additional (chargeable) parking available at the Telford Central Rail Station.
