Dear Peer741

Thank you for letting me know about your recent experience in out patients. I am sorry that you had to wait. Sometimes clinic appointments can run over for all sorts of reasons but we do appreciate that it is very frustrating for those who experience delays as we know your time is precious. We also know from feed-back that when there are delays it helps greatly if we keep people informed of likely delays.

I will look into this matter and feed-back to staff that you have been in touch. Can you confirm if your appointment was yesterday?
