Every time I go for a clinic appointment the appointment is delayed normally by at least an hour and a half to two hours.

This happens even when the clinic has only been open a short while; I do not understand how this is possible.

As I was sitting in reception, the receptionist continually ignored the phone and it rang 3 different occasions even though they didn't seem to be doing anything else.
