"Great treatment shame about the rest"

Arrived early, good job! 25 mins to find a parking spot!, finally told by staff member who "grunted at me" and told me "to park on double yellow lines".

Sign in waiting area says food served to 3pm it boasts, its now 2pm. No it don't, its shut, see another sign saying "Refreshments", down a corridor.

Walk through open door down corridor, challenged by staff who grunted "where going?"

Explained, told "no its behind you, its moved", frogmarched back up. pointed out it was shut, Staff member said "Oh its shut, use machine" and waddled off, leaving me standing there. Other wating patients, watching this entertainment with great enjoyment, took pity and told me there was a machine round the corner.

Great customer/patient service!

Thankfully the physio assessement was competent, polite, intelligent, with staff who care.

Shame about everything else.

Will report on my next visit.
