I went into a&e a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. I was left in a side room for half an hour with no body knowing I was there as the staff had changed over, I was then told to wait in the waiting room and I went to sit down the chairs and floor were covered in blood! When I was finally seen to I was told I had bloods done that would take 2 hours and then ended up waiting 4 and a half hours! I was then told they were fine and I can go home with no explanation of what my pains actually accrued.
