Anything else?
I was seen promptly after an early arrival, for minor surgery.
The proceedure was explained clearly and carried out without fuss and as comfortably as possible.
At all stages, there was an explanation of what was happening and instructions were given clearly, recognisng my hearing impairment.
I felt completely at ease.
