During the past 12 months I have been Blue Lighted to the A&E Department four times. On every occassion I was treated with care and dignity by the Medical Teams involved. From the Auxillery and Nursing Staff to the Doctors, I felt in safe hands and was extremley grateful I live in a country that has such an excellant Medical Service. I have nothing but praise for the young professionals who took care of me. Many thanks from not only myself but my wife and family too.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback you took the time to leave for the emergency department at Worcester. It is always reassuring and a morale boost for the teams to be recognised for the high standards that the constantly strive to achieve in order for the patient to have a good experience.
