After a lengthy wait explained problem to Doctor who consistently asked me to repeat every sentence. This is incredibly frustrating.

I suggested that perhaps I should raise my voice as the Doctor did not understand me and the Doctor proposed that the Practice Manager should witness this. When I explained to the Practice Manager that the Doctor did not understand me, I was accused of being condescending. I needed a simple prescription for an infection - I practically had to plead for some one to check my sample! I will not return to this hospital.
