Anything else?
I was in for a rotator cuff repair on 16th January 2013. The pre-operation examination was done a month before, which was well carried out. I was due in at 7a.m. on the 16th and warmly welcomed. All the prep was done efficiently and I was pleased with the staff attitude. Originally I was 3rd on the list but brought forward to 2nd. The theater staff were kind and I had confidence in their hands. Post-op was good and I was treated with care and consideration. The physio could have been a little better in that an actual demonstration of the exercises I was given to do at home would have, and not just a sheet of paper. This had a few typing errors and poorly hand-written amendments. May the physio department could produce a DVD demonstrating the exercises? As one is not in the best of condition after an operation, one tends to miss-remember some of the instructions and a visual/audio aid would help.
"Very satisfied with my rotator cuff tear repair..."
