"No praise high enough (except one)"

About: Colchester General Hospital

Anything else?

Having just undergone a total hip replacement in Great Tay Ward

I can not praise or thank the staff enough, except for one.

From the the tea boys and girls (tea is the best medicine) to the operating staff to the nursing staff and every other grade in-between you are the best including admin and the pre admission clinic.

We hear how the NHS is broken, well not here.

The one who let you all down!!

The jobs worth in the car park who gave my wife a ticket as I was being discharged..

Despite having the circumstances explained to him that a porter was wheeling me out in a chair, that I was on my way and that she only had to park near the building for a short time he booked her bursting the bubble of happiness we had experienced.inside,

In fact management need to get a grip on parking policies in general

I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. Please contact me, so we can try to put things right for the future.
