I attended for a knee arthroscopy on New Years Eve. I also had a pre op appointment in November 2012. The delay in the op was purly mine, I wanted to leave it until after Christmas. Staff are so friendly and nice. They were spot on with the appt times, and I was seen on time each occassion. I was kept informed and up to date. There was a delay between seeing consultant and nurse on the pre-op day but this was quickly rectified with free drinks from the restuarant. On the day of my op, the consultant came to see me, explained everything again and informed me of what was happening. Same with Aneathetist. The post op nurses were excellent. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would be glad to attend again and recommend friends and family in the future.
