"Good nursing care but poor communication at QMC"

I was a patient on ward D57 at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of an irregular heart beat and chest pain.

I was very pleased with the care and treatment provided by the nursing staff. However, I was angry that I was originally told I would be staying at the hospital for a couple of days, but then later told i was being discharged that day (without means to get home). Eventually, I was then told i did need to stay in for 2 nights. There was very little communication between doctors!
