I would just like to say that brief visit to the Neurology Pool at University Hospital was a pleasant surprise.

The car parking was easier than expected and when we walked into the reception area the volunteer knew exactly where we had to go and gave us clear directions.

We were actually called in before our appointment as someone had not turned up - which seems to indicate the clinic was running to time. Then the consultant was welcoming and put me at my my ease. She also took the time to explain things clearly to me

So I cannot comment on the rest of the hospital but for my visit to the clinic but I could not have asked for better treatment on my Outpatient appointment
