Unfortunately due to reasons out of the hospitals control, my operation in Day Surgery was cancelled. All staff involved, the surgeon, nursing and administration were fantastic, they couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful.

My surgery was rebooked for several days later due to the helpfulness and professionalism of the ladies in the appointments office. They kept me informed of what was happening at every opportunity.

On the day of my surgery I was treated with respect and care, the staff put me at my ease and I was totally relaxed, comfortable and pain free.
