Anything else?
I was treated in their gynaecology department and this review describes my experience with them. Communication was awful. They gave me as little information as they could about the condition, treatment, or alternatives. They often didn’t understand or answer even the basic questions I asked. It was next to impossible for me to see experienced and qualified specialists. If I was lucky, I’d get to see an overseas student training to be a doctor who’d be in the early stages of learning English, and if I was very fortunate, I got a nurse on my lucky case. I saw one aggressive nurse there. What with lying, lack of empathy, or responsibility in some medical staff I came across. Made me wonder where they were recruited from. That's probably a thought too far, but lack of empathy was amazing in quite a few "doctors". May be clinical aptitutde tests for people wanting to be doctors need to be revised as they aren't working well in my opinion, or may be the staff I saw never sat them.. Mistakes were routinely made on the medical and administrative sides. My involvement in own care or treatment was non-existent and neither were the doctors involved. You name it.
