The care I received from all members of staff was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always given as much time and information as I needed. Whenever there was a problem, however small, the nursing staff immediately responded by taking the time to explain the treatment/ procedure or if necessary arranging for me to see the relevant professional including the consultant on the same day. All members of the team were excellent: The surgeons, the nursing staff on the burns ward and in EBAC, admin staff, physio, OT's, dietitian and especially the psychologists who helped me maintain a normal life.

The treatment and care were of a high standard that I did not believe existed and exceeded all expectations I had. Thank you!
