A Doctor was giving me a number of steroid injections for longstanding ongoing pain, this is the second time I have met him, the first being a few months ago. During the procedure he asked after my two children commenting how well behaved he remembered them being and remembering other details from the visit, this level of care and attention stunned me - it was lovely bearing in mind how many people he must see daly!

During the procedure everyone was so considerate and ensuring my privacy and dignity and making me feel at ease.

This is probably the best doctor I've ever seen (rivalling a Doctor at Macclesfield - he's fab too). :)

Only thing that was a bit niggly were the nurses doing the booking in we're moaning amongst themselves quite a bit at the desk and although my file couldn't be found no one had thought to come and communicate that to me or advise me why I had been waiting so long - they just left me sat there. I only knew as I had overheard them talking amongst themselves..
