I have been trying to find out the visiting times for ward 1 have looked online and called 3 or 4 times but cannot find them anywhere, perhaps an update to the website with this information would be helpful?

Thank you for providing feedback on your recent experience regarding Chester Le Street Hospital. I am very sorry to read that you have been unable to contact the ward to determine the visiting times. I can confirm that, currently, the visiting times are 15:00 to 16:00 and then 18:30 to 19:30. We do not display visiting times on the webiste as they change regularly. If you would like to speak to someone to discuss your concerns further, please contact the Patient Experience Team on 0800 7835774.
