"pretty disgusted yet again by the way staff deal..."

About: Basildon University Hospital

Anything else?

I did not feel happy about who was treating me correctly.

Overhearing and watching my attending male nurse studying my xray, telling approximately 3 other members of staff to come look at my xray as it was far more interesting than the work they were currently doing, instead of just dealing with what was wrong with me!

watching cleaners just sweep here and there in the A&E waiting area, that had dried blood all over the floor, a pool of water on the floor in the waiting area, that the cleaner walked past many times and no sign was put up to even warn people.

Also having to spend 6 and half hours waiting in the same area with a drunken patient, that not only had thrown her belongings all over the floor causing a danger to anyone who may have tripped over it, but also being subjected to listening to some horrific profanities being shouted by her, whilst young children were within hearing distance, she continually got out of her chair and barged into the triage rooms whilst other patients were being seen too, during this whole time she was only warned once and even security did nothing, she was then left on a toilet with the door open.

A most upsetting and distressing time in A&E for many, including myself who was in severe pain and discomfort.
