"Treated for mental health problems over the years"

I have been treated as an out patient with mental health problems for 9 years. i was falling over without reason, my balance was affected for 18 months, at the start of which i was referred to the eccleston centre for therapy, i was also appointed a psychiatrist, i thought i was going mad and was going to be locked up in an institution. the psychiatrist said i had severe anxiety, the down side of it is that he didn't know when i'd get better. although i am now recovering, i am living in fear of what happened to me 9 years ago.
