My doctor did not explain the process of appointment making. I got a phone call from a lovely helpful woman from the referral and appointment booking team in November, who explained all of this to me. She could not offer me a time as the consultant did not have any free appointments. She explained to me fully what would happen next and took lots of info as to when I'm available to have appointments. This lady was lovely and no question was too much. A credit to your team.
