About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

After consulting my GP in mid-October he referred me to TRAQS. I was told I would get a phone call within 10 days.

I had to ring them but was given a good reason why I had not been contacted. The lady was friendly and helpful but had to refer me to dermatology. Within a few days I was contacted and offered an appointment at Princess Royal Hospital Clinic D.

I was seen promptly by a very nice informative lady doctor who was able to treat me right away. The time from seeing my GP to treatment was only 23 days. I have already received my follow-up appointment.

The whole experience was fast, reassuring and first-class.
