"Unacceptable wait for gastroenterology but helpful service from TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Having recently been referred to Gastroenterology I was told in November that there would be a 4 month wait to be seen. I found this unacceptable as my condition is potentially very serious. I spoke to Claire at TRAQS and she was extremely helpful and managed to get my appt a lot earlier. Thank you Claire.
