The score of 2 on the "length of time that I waited at the clinic before being seen for my appointment" does not reflect normal circumstances. On that morning in November there was severe flooding and road closures coming into Plymouth. This, plus heavy, diverted traffic meant that many early appointments arrived late, including me. Although I was seen more or less straight away by the doctor (even though I was 10-15 min late). I did have to wait more than 2 hours for an X-ray. The radiologist was very apologetic and was trying to cope alone to deal with a backlog of patients who had all arrived late together.
