What I liked

Pleasant, helpful environment on the day case unit. Staff very friendly and informative, no request was too much trouble.

What could be improved

More magazines or things to read while waiting around for treatment, perhaps WHS outlet in hospital could provide old newspapers, magazines etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were very happy with the care provided to you recently and will ensure the day case unit and orthopaedics teams are made aware of your comments.

The hospital Voluntary Services department provides daily newspapers for the day case unit patients and we will forward your comments about having more magazines to the day case unit leader for her to follow-up.
