(as the patient),

I would like to say how much help and care I have experienced, from first finding out that I had a heart problem from first going to my G. P Dr. Ravula. Who I can’t praise enough, the way he sat me down and told me in plane terms, what my condition was, and that help was at hand, help in the shape of nursing staff, help from back room staff, from Dr. Muthsamy, and his heart failure specialist nurse. Michelle Tyler, I would like to sat thank you to the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, for doing their best for me, at a bad time in my life, and the heart failure team at the Rotherham walk in centre. A big thank you from me and my wife.
