"An uncomfortable experience made as easy as..."

What I liked

I had a lap steri on 6th December and was very impressed with the staff who were friendly and put me at ease. They kept me informed and were very good at dealing with my pain/fatigue. I never felt like a bother even though it took me a while to get pulled round. They gave me space when i needed it but were there to help when asked.

What could be improved

The staff made an uncomfortable experience as easy as possible - the whole place seemed to be efficiently run and had a pleasant atmosphere.
