What I liked

From pre-assessments through to final procedure it went like clockwork. Everyone was attentive, polite and friendly and extremely professional. They were there for me!

In all, thhe experience was fantastic and I knew that I was being cared for by people who were operating as a co-ordinated specialist team with military precision.

These ingredients gave me the reassurance that I was in the best place which was run by the best people. I was in good hands which gave me relative calm and above all, confidence!

The experience exceeded all expectations and I cannot praise the Wiltshi Cardiac Centre and its people at all levels enough.

What could be improved
