What I liked

I would like to thank all the staff of the Endoscopy Unit for a very positive experience at my recent Gastroscopy. Everyone I met was extremely professional and the happy, cheerful atmosphere in the unit helped to put patients at ease. I think I was the only one who chose not to have sedation so did wonder if the others knew something that I didn’t  but I can honestly say that I hardly felt a thing, it was over in no time at all, and I experienced absolutely no ill-effects afterwards.

If I ever need to have the procedure again I would not hesitate to choose Stepping Hill and would again opt for just the throat spray.
