"Fantastic, they saved my Dad's life"

What I liked

My father was admitted to the hospital in December with pneumonia and was very poorly. The care he received from the staff on the Intensive Care Unit was fantastic. They not only cared for him but the whole family as well. The answered all our questions and concerns and were really friendly. They never ever made you feel like you were being a nuisance asking something or by ringing up to see how my Dad was. The staff on ward A7, which he moved to later was also really good and very friendly.

I would like to thank all the staff who cared for my Dad.
